VillaChris
West Ham are in brilliant form and only lost once at Upton Park all season so it's a bit optimstic to say just because we were quite bright for the first 15 minutes the whole 90 would've panned out like that. We've had good spells in games and then collapsed as soon as we've conceded so think West Ham would've woken up regardless of the sending off. Good to have him back regardless, only reason to look forward to the game tomorrow from a Villa player perspective.

Humanoid
"Looks promising". And I'm pretty sure when we're fighting another relegation battle in the Championship, he'll still be looking promising.
mikeyp102
What a disgraceful performance, after that stupid sending off I thought he'd come out firing today, yet he sauntered round the pitch without a care in the world, doubt he even broke sweat. VillaChris
He was excellent on the ball, there's only so much you can do with the shower of s*** around him. He'd fit in very well at a West Ham or Everton imo, be amazed if he's here next year.

Right up until the last minute he was chasing, closing down, and when he lost the ball he went to get it back. lack of end product you could criticise, but i can't fault his effort tonight
chappy
Played well tonight I thought, especially after Rudy came on. Has to be the two of them from now on.
Czechlad
Literally had zero support or decent service all match. Every time he got the ball he needed to beat 1-2 defenders just to find space. The 5-3-2 did not work in his favor.
Pilchard
If Gabby had put in the kind of performance Ayew has since his stupid, stupid sending off he'd be getting stick. Ayew needs to pretend to at least be interested.
Zatman
absolute disgrace today and he has since that red card at West Ham, looks like a player who has a move lined up for summer already dont think he should play for rest of the season

Dr_Pangloss
Overall, it's fair to say the jury is still out when you look at the big picture. Ayew isn't particularly clinical in front of goal and has had a lot of poor games for us. Needs to do better.
PaulC
Lazy, made no effort to track Walker. Thats inexcusable for a footballer and the fact Garde left him on shows he is a weak manager.
