mikeyp102
From the limited I’ve seen, he is too small and lightweight to make it at the top couple of levels. (He’s no Messi or Silva or even Sterling). League one or two he may make it. Think his career could hinge on this loan, so best of luck to him. Not only that, he’s a very nice lad and funny, he’s been on a contract here since he was 13 years old, that’s how highly rated he is, I think he’s brilliant and a very nice lad to boot, I think he will be great for Cambridge But is he good looking? KMitch
I wish him the best. Good luck, Rushie! Bag some goals this season.
Keener window-cleaner
I think he has looked great on the short cameos I've seen him, would have liked to see him be given a run in the side as a wide forward. Good if he gets gmae time out on loan though, best of luck and come back soon even better please!
villan-scott Posted January 11, 2019 VT Supporter Share Posted January 11, 2019 Good luck to the lad. I hope he smashes it there.
Skruff
If he manages to remain injury free i suspect some people in here will have to prepare for some humble pie in a year's time. We'll see.

Happy he is going on loan though, as a club our youth policy has been awful for a number of years, to many have just stagnated in the youth set up. We need to get more of these kids out on loan to either show they could be of use to the first team, or showcase themselves for sale.
Reivax_Villa
This is a great move for both parties. He will learn so much at that level. I still think that he is a bit too lightweight to play up front. I can see him playing as a wide forward IF he develops his game. He should look at players like Mane. tinker Posted January 11, 2019 VT Supporter Share Posted January 11, 2019 No smaller than Defoe and looks sharp at U23. Will he make it? Who knows but loans like this will make it a lot easier to see. Good luck .
flashingqwerty Posted January 11, 2019 VT Supporter Share Posted January 11, 2019 Ive watched loads of him at u23 level and for me, at that level, he doesnt look anywhere near as good asthe moore brothers, vassell or even gabby. I dont know what managers have seen in him to make them think he had a big future, but i certainly dont see it, and would be very surprised if he ever plays regularly at a decent level. That looks pretty good for a League 2 stadium. I was imagining a pitch full of dogs and chickens
