Fans in the dark, nothing to look forward to and the club putting its walls of silence up and putting on this pretence of 'everything is fine' stance as damage control just to try and protect the selling of season tickets. Its just all so grey. Driving past villa park yesterday on the motorway, had a quick look over and instead of thinking 'wow, what a sight', I just thought 'I hope those clearing's are happy, **** 'em' and drove on. I walk past the shop in town and have to stop myself from buying the shirts. 'No, why should I give them more of my money, they don't deserve it, they don't really care about the fans, just our wallets'. It was frustrating, now? the more it all trundles on, the more journeymen we sign, the more pathetic and uninteresting it becomes. The feeling I have about the villa at the moment is similar to what I feel like when going to a forgotten run down seaside town. Or an old decrepit fairground. It could be restored, loved and maybe be great again but currently, currently its depressing and bleak. I've wondered the same or moving to part fan ownership so he sells say 10% to us Don't think this will be an option tbh. Normally the existing management remain in place on a listing.
