Are we broke? No. Relegated? No. Having a firesale of assets? No. Is he out of contract in the near future? No. So why would we sell someone who's played more than 30 games this season, and featured in every one he's been available for, for absolutely nothing? Obviously last season you would have put his value much higher. I don't think anyone knows exactly which direction his career is going to take. We could miss the boat on some decent players if the club does'nt get sold post haste. I dread to think what may happen if we have to 'go again' with what we've got.
