In 12 months have there ever been so many bad decisions made at a football club as Chelsea have.

Sack Tuchel because there was only room for one ego

Sack Cech and the director of football

Spend half a bill on 50% young players who might be good in the future and 50% on sterling etc who have nothing left to prove or overpriced crap like Cucarella

And of those untested players give them 8 year contracts

Spend 20 mill on buying potter out of his brighton contract .

Pay him 12 mill a year and sack him 5 months later

Have to extend the changing rooms because they cannot fit all the players in.

Appoint a manager who had just been sacked from Everton to galvanise the boys

Lose 5 in a row .

That Boehly needs sacking. Clearwater Capital have now put in about 4.5 billion for the above return on investment.

Its like purposely taking over a team in FM or FIFA and seeing how shit you can make them without getting sacked

“Frank Lampard in danger of damaging long term managerial credentials as Chelsea return falls flat” says the Sky Sports article today.

‘In danger of’??!

His managerial credentials were dusted way before he took the interim at Chelsea.

Could his reputation be worse than Slippy G's? I think it is now.

It is. Gerrard was to proud/scared to risk another job, so he's just sulked and done pundit gigs. Probably a wise choice. Lampard can't take a hint.

Agreed, they’re on par with each other but Lampard has had more exposure so appears to be worse. Gerrard will probably cling on to his Rangers title win and chalk Villa off as not being given enough time. He won’t rush into another job to publicly fail again.

Gerrard will need a new job soon though if he still has ambitions of taking over at Liverpool eventually.  Klopp ain't going to be there for years to come.

Kinda weird really considering he "gets" the club.

Be interesting if Liverpool fall for the same trick :P
