That's a fair bit of cash, if he has a bad attitude then he is seeing out that 6 year contract and moves on a free if anyone will take him on that kind of money. 30 million in wages !! And they have signed loads of players recently on big wages on 6 or 7 year contracts. That's going to be very expensive indeed. StewieGriffin Posted April 21, 2023 Share Posted April 21, 2023 Kompany would be a ludicrous appointment and a sign of how far they've slipped off. He's at least had one good season with Burnley but he didn't do too well at Anderlecht. It's the type of appointment I'd imagine a Palace, Leicester etc would go for.
