And 11th place we have escaped your clutches you fiend, ha! Well, at least for two hours we have. Time to have another look at the beautiful table and enjoy it while I can...

Dougie and Mings were top class.  Cash and McGinn really finding their form.  Buendia and Ramsey lackluster despite their goals. 

It's been a few games where we are really good in the attacking third.

Perplexed as to why the replay we saw for Konsa's disallowed goal only used a birds-eye view angle (notorious in getting these types of calls wrong, just look at the WC with Japan) and there's players blocking the view. It didn't look enough to overturn it and Bournemouth only have themselves to blame for standing still.

Dougie, Mings and Cash were superb today. 

Solid win and and a clean sheet to boot. Can't ask for more than that

We looked hopeless first game of the season versus this team. What a difference a real manager makes. Love how I am looking forward to every Villa match. Who's next?

Mings and Cash were both excellent. 

Luiz MOTM though. He absolutely MUST have known we were binning off Stevie before signing that contract extension. He's absolutely brilliant. 

We have a the skeleton of a brilliant team here. It's so exciting!

Really happy with the performance and result today.

Every week we seem to be getting closer to what I imagine Emery wants from his team.

So many good performances I’m struggling to pick a man of the match, I’d say between Mings and 

Luiz - had a great game, even more impressive considering Kamara was missing 

McGinn - also really good today, playing the deeper role which many have said he’s unable to do. Hardly got anything wrong but sometimes doesn’t quite release the ball quick enough but seems to improving on that

Moreno - so impressive going forward, always available for the pass, great attacking intent, dribbling and delivery was spot on today

Ramsey - I didn’t think he’d been as terrible recently as many on here have said, but today he frequently did what he’s best at, carried the ball through traffic over great distances. So happy for him getting the goal, you could see the frustration and relief of recent weeks coming out

Bailey - did really well for the goal but never seems confident enough to attack his man early or look for the forward pass - not a good performance 

Buendia - found him very frustrating first half, he’s really good on the ball but seems to find himself losing the ball under pressure far too frequently - but he also picks a forward through ball better than most

Only got to see the second half but thoroughly enjoyed it. Once the second went in our confidence soared, another home wins and two clean sheets now and things are looking good. 
 

Just want an Everton win now.

A group of good players have been moulded into a team by Emery.  No more shocking decisions by players. Everyone on the same page. Champions League form since he took over .  Well done everyone .

Deluded Bournemouth lot think they could have got more out of the game and they it wasn't a 3-0 game.  Also said if they'd made it 1-1 the outcome would have been different. Well, the penalty that wasn't would have made it 2-0 before they even got a proper chance so that's laughable.

They're right about it not being a 3-0 game I guess, we should have had 5 with Watkins 1 on 1 and the penalty that VAR inexplicably missed.

A couple of moments where we tried to gift them a goal, but generally very solid and never looked really troubled. And scoring looks easy now. Emery has really worked some magic on this club.
