Unai needs to take much of the credit because the subs made all the difference, especially Buendia. Still very sloppy in possession when we slow the tempo but a good away win.

Good 3 points. Luckily Everton are rubbish, we would have lost that against a better side. We seem to shat the bed every time we try and play it around at the back.

Ah, the old 11th place. For about a month it was annoying and frustrating to be stuck there. But after losing 4-2 at home twice in a row with the 3-1 loss at Man City in between, it suddenly feels like a bit of a relief to be 11th still, rather than on the brink of being sucked back into the relegation scrap.

I voted new signing Warkins as MOTM. 

No idea where we got him but he's pretty decent.

We will all have our opinions about the selection, tactics etc, however at the end of the day it worked.

As with any Manager, there will be ups and downs, and we'll have to accept some things we don't necessarily agree with for the greater good.

Most important thing is, I can SEE what we are actually trying to do.

I'm seeing our best players start to perform at their best again, just keep in mind how much better this team will get, when he gets players even better suited to his methods.

They also rode their luck with that Pickford save from Watkins - 1-3 would have been a fair result so 0-2 also fair - we were better up top.

We can play pretty average against the sides below and still win usually which is a good sign I guess. Have to survive some big scare or sloppy play then we book our ideas up.

That's more like it. Nice to be back on the road, a clean sheet and another away win. Happy days!

A solid all round team performance from the lads. Cash, Mings, McGinn and Watkins had big games, along with Buendia when he got on. Opposition fans now know they just have to whistle and moan to get Emi carded, along with a few extra minutes added time from PL referees, who are more than happy to oblige. A great save from him to keep it all square and he's had the last laugh this week. See you next season Everton, or after this double will we?
