What he's done with the squad is nothing short of remarkable. Here's the side that started in SG's last match vs Fulham in October 2022: Martinez Konsa Bednarek Mings Young Ramsey Luiz McGinn Bailey Watkins Ings The six players whose names are in bold started last night. Two other players who started in that game vs Fulham are currently injured but would be near the current starting XI. And of course, Digne would have started that game against Fulham if he wasn't injured. I can't see how Emery could have done a better job by spending any less money.
