To be fair, a huge number of the fans learned. Gerrard seemingly has not. I wanted to give him more time this season, but after persisting with the same midfield for 3 games, despite it not really working in any of them, he's ran out of time. It was obvious before the game started that the midfield 3 he picked would not be able to compete.
