A big, aerially dominant, no nonsense, right footed, 24 year old CB for what is a reasonable price these days. Feels like he's been about to sign for Atalanta for 2 years now but the deal is still not over the line. He made it very clear that he is leaving Malmö FF this winter and they are going to sell him. So relieved and delighted that we’re not signing Rangers players!!! Thankfully, we’ve set our sights a LOT higher! It’s a world away from some of the mediocrity (that’s being kind) we have signed in the not too distant past… A bit disappointed to see some of the “spoilt attitude” in terms of the incessant need to slate some of our key players and looking down at what really are, for us, high class targets… Managing to sign players that have played regularly in the Champions League is… well… it’s massive.
