Buy cheap, buy twice. If we can afford it, £40m on Bissouma and you’ve got one of the best in the division if not the world in that position, probably for the next 5 years. New system, new teammates, new manager, all can be a risk. I’d also argue that more £40 mill purchases in the PL are busts than work out.
