Genie Posted June 4, 2014 Share Posted June 4, 2014 I can only deduce that the 'joke' relates to the fact the guy is thrusting himself up and down in a manner similar to that of making love to a beautiful (or otherwise) woman so the passers by, be them Mexican, drunk or otherwise (maybe a drunk Mexican?) make a comment that he may not have noticed his partner might have left the scene without him being aware.
