The doctor examines him and says he should run 1 mile then do 1 press up and double up on this exercise for the next 2 weeks. So the guy runs 1 mile and does 1 press up and the next day he runs 2 miles and does 2 press ups, next day 4 miles and 4 press ups etc etc etc. Around the start of the second week he is running over 30 miles and doing 30 press ups.So he is way out in the desert doing these press ups when this Mexican kid notices him doing press ups.
