He has signed a ‘multi-year Designated Player contract’ and becomes the club’s most expensive ever player, after Revolution paid a fee of around $2m. Although i hear their is a clause with Mings that should he get actually get fit at any point he'll automatically go back to Everton even though he is not their player.
