Yes, it's very easy to drink quickly.

It's at the corner shop with its unsweetened relative.

It was £ 1.30  bottle, as were all the Polish beers.

Glorious, much better than a 4 pack of Wifebeater.

Obviously they caught on, £ 1.80 now.

Looking at this one, it still has the price tag on  - £1.49. Decent hit for the price, that!

Bought it the other day from an Asian supermarket in Old Hill. Had a lot of honey beers before, but this one is much richer. Really packs the honey in.

Fairly sure I had it in Sopot /Gdańsk ... something like 6% abv If I recall ? a bit stronger than was required on an all day session :)

It’s also a big thing here to add ginger syrup to lager, properly sweet and gingery. When they flavour their beers, they do it packing a punch rather than just a gesture.

Perla is one of the cheaper Polish brands. Their lager is awful. I find miodowa too sweet personally.

I've been getting in to Whisky/Bourbon over the last year or so. I'm still trying new things and discovering which my favourite is, the Japanese stuff is nice and so is the Eagle Rare.

Imagine we paid more for the bottle of Zubrowka too.

Though we've got more free beer than we can drink, and a collection of decent Polish albums.

Two things you don't have :D
