osmark86 Posted January 20, 2017 Share Posted January 20, 2017 (edited) considering he's been feed about as much as a Dickensian orphan by our inept midfield (which is about as full of activity as deep space vacuum) I'd say that we shouldn't be so quick to slag him off. now with Lansbury on the roster and a few more on our radar, assuming they're true to their stats, I think he might just fit into a new system that doesn't depend on completely bypassing 70% of the ballpark. Has a bit of intelligence about him but if you don't put it on a plate for him, he ain't really leading the line like we need. Kodja plays with the same midfield and somehow manages to score goals. Vive_La_Villa Posted January 20, 2017 Share Posted January 20, 2017 I feel sorry for Mcormack. He huffs and puffs and gets maybe 1 good chance a game and is expected to score. You can see he gets in to good positions but the service is shocking. I wouldn't even contemplate selling yet as I think he can come good with a midfield behind him. Fulham look good this season too. Be mad to let him go there. Ross gives us so many different options, he can play but he needs supply, simple as that. thunderball Posted January 21, 2017 Share Posted January 21, 2017 Would be rediculous to get rid now, almost as crazy as Gestede. It is Ayew, Kojak and Gabby that were supposed to go. A forward choice of McC, Kodjia and Gestede is far more compelling with our newly proposed midfield. Sell him, but only if the money are good, and if to a team in our league, very good. We paid a silly amount of money for him, and so far he's done f all. There's a couple more games left in January yet, and loans can be done beyond. Would be mad to get rid now that we've worked on the service to him.
