VillaAlex Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Imagine if we bought a player in Cole's position 2 years ago. 2
Rob182 Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 I know its only Burnley but we look a completely different team. Our attacking build-up place is looking great. Quick, one touch passing, getting the ball forward to Weimann and Gabby. Though, if Cole gets injured, we may revert to a less creative style 1
sexbelowsound Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 We play like this for the majority of our games this season and we'll finish comfortably above the drop zone.
TheAuthority Posted November 29, 2014 VT Supporter Posted November 29, 2014 Did we just play a one-two? Who is this team?
AndyM3000 Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Shock a guy who has control an awareness is decent. Now get Grealish on with him we will destroy these.

Though, if Cole gets injured, we may revert to a less creative style I'm afraid you're right, I don't see anyone filling that middle role so well...He's making it look so obvious and/or easy. Usually we go central and just get crowded out, but we seem to have people in pockets of space with simple passes on, or runners in actually good positions spreading their defense! 1
Ponky Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Bloody Benteke. Would be having a field day with this.
samjp26 Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 What a passage of play, Sanchez with that turn though
StefanAVFC Posted November 29, 2014 VT Supporter Posted November 29, 2014 Sanchez has been incredible
lexicon Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Needed to score that Gabby. Lambert's fault, obviously.
sne Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 The movement so far is miles better than usual, hope they can keep it up
ismail-villa Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 Who's the assistant for this match? And this is a brilliant match so far!
P3te Posted November 29, 2014 Posted November 29, 2014 My concern here is that we're not used to getting hit on the counter, given that we offer so little in attack usually. I fear Burnley getting in behind us with one of those deep balls
