What power do you think Lambert has here exactly? He didn't sign a contract, Lerner is leaving, he's entitled to nothing other than his payoff if he's sacked. You're making out he can put some kind of spanner in the works or something? Worst case scenario is he has to be sacked, which costs a year's wage as that's what's left on his contract. Stop making out that Lamber has any power, or is of any relevance to this deal or the future of the club if he's not wanted. Lambert today was just throwing his feeling, but Lerner isn't falling for him and wants out quickly.Hopefully we see this takeover get done in the end, and Lerner cant promise Lambert if he still have a job once he sold up.
