I admit I haven't purchased it in 10 years but it was the only mens magazine I purchased every month without fail in my teenage years / early twenties (as well as occasional dalliances with Maxim and Loaded). It was part of transition to adulthood like the Dome nightclub, Smirnoff Mule drinks and trying to look like Liam Gallagher. I used to read it in my late teens/early adult years. I remember it being alright, not just a magazine for knuckle shuffling, some decent articles. I had a read of it a couple of years ago, think it had a bit of an identity crisis. I was on a flight flicked through it for about 20 seconds and made a mental note never to buy it again. It was about 80% adverts at that time. No surprise to see its gone bump. I hate the dyson product, geezer thinks he is the bollocks. Still charges nearly 500 quid for a vaccum even though he sacked almost everyone in England and f****** off to malaysia for the cheap labour. There's a road which is backed up past an island due to roadworks on my route to work, the island gets blocked because people are stuck and cannot make it to their exit, and as soon as you get over the island all of a sudden the road opens up and you're thinking "why is the island so bad?", then you see the reason the road is opened up is because the car in front of you is rolling at clutch speed because he doesn't want to get to the car in front of him and stop the car, he just wants to roll and never stop, regardless of how slow he has to do this. So he has a huge gap in front of him meanwhile, the island is still struggling to function properly. Despite the fact he knows the situation on the island, he won't quickly get to the car in front of him to open up space for the people behind, thus freeing up the island. I won't go into people using an obviously marked island to turn left so they don't have to queue further down the road, creating even more traffic, because that really upsets me.
