Ponky
I wouldn't be surprised to see him playing in the A League next season. A shorter season would be better for his body and he'd be closer to his family. Remember this is a kid who has been living half way round the world from his family since he was about 13. Bound to have a few issues from that. Edited May 11, 2014 by Ponky
ThunderPower_14
God I hope he doesn't play A League. We have too many players who could be a lot better playing A League when they should be playing in Europe. And not in the bloody Middle East or Asia ffs. troon_villan
I heard he tried to shag Paul Lambert and wouldn't take no for an answer.
VillaGoMarching
Hardly the most reliable but rumours on twitter seem to be saying Herdo is gonna retire. Terrible news if that's the case.
KHV
Terrible footballer so no real loss. Strange how it's ended all of a sudden though

abdomlahor
He was hardly terrible. He was mediocre at best but he was a servicable squad player who provided cover for a few positions.
samjp26
Hope he sorts himself out for him and his family's sake, then maybe eventually he can come back to the game in some aspect. As I've said previously, it is a real shame.
Isa
He was probably our best player in the McLeish season. Though that wasn't very difficult in fairness.
swaib2004
Was a decent right back and did a job in centre mid couldn't question is commitment. Unfairly played centre back where was shown up. I think he could have offered a help at times this season.
Pembers
Shame for him as seems he could have even been playing for his country at the World Cup this year. Never thought he was that bad for us.
Tomaszk
Someone on that same forum mentioned that he'd ran off with a girl whilst they were on that Portugal trip or something. Haha, incredible stones from the boy if that's true. Would like to hear the full tale of what's happened to him. Better than some still here
useless
I thought I'd edited out that post. Hopefully he's okay.
KSV
No wonder what he did off field.. why would he retire? Unless hes over it or just going to jail...... He must have lost the passion for the game.. but whenever he used to play he worked so hard. Doesn't add up.
HanoiVillan
I'm sure we'll find out in the fullness of time. Sad though, he always put a shift in, even if he wasn't quite up to standard. Hope he gets things back on track sooner rather than later.
Oaks
I hope he can sort himself out, he has a decent career ahead of him. Yes he isn't Premier League quality, but you can still carve out a decent career in the lower leagues.

Ponky
Seems like he's made from polystyrene and stuck together with gaffer tape. Barely played more than 10 games a season and I guess it's enough to make you wonder if all the training and scrutiny etc is all worth it. Taking a year out to get your mind and body together wouldn't be the worst idea.
Zatman
He wasn't the worst Villa player and had a decent 11/12 season, got a nice goal at Anfield from what I remember and had a few other decent performances good luck to him though sounds like he has some off-field problems
