Needs more game time though in order to get the best out of him. He was a permanent fixture under Sherwood last season and thats when he showed what he can do.

What's that then?

He drew a few fouls, I can't remember much of a contribution other than that, to be honest.

He got a few assists last season and he looked a much better player in last 2 months of season. the difference he is not playing with a top quality player like Benteke or a midfield runner like Cleverley. Them 2 really brought Jack game along in back end of last season with their movement

VillaTalk is insane sometimes.

Anybody who is seriously suggesting they'd sell Grealish wants their **** head checking.

Only sell him once we go down mate. Anyone who thinks he is going to be sticking around when we go down will be disappointed

Well he's no good to us atm. Done nothing all season.

Patience perhaps?

There is no doubt in my mind Grealish will be a fantastic premier league player in the future, probably not for us the way this club is going.

If people like Steven Davis and Albrighton can have good solid prem careers after leaving us (and there was plenty of similar comments on their threads on here when they were playing for us) then I have no doubt Grealish will.

However his attitude atm isn't good enough as he hasn't got it all together as a player yet. It will come though.

Don't disagree with any of that, just that atm, he's not proving any worth to us.

O.k but at least he has something, a skill, a touch of class, something to offer which you can't say for deadbeats like Sinclair, Lescott, Gabby and Richardson who we need to get shot of.

If he's still here next season well he was a class above SHA in the cup when he came on at half time wasn't he, helped us win the game and that's the sort of opposition we'll be facing next season

Ok he hasn't yet but if he can pull himself together and have a consistent run in the team, which he hasn't had this season then he might prove a lot of worth to us

Leicester would be a good fit for him...he will struggle in the championship anyway, £15m should be enough to force Lerner's hand .

Why would he struggle in the championship? On the evidence of the game against SHA and in div 1 for Notts County he would most likely be a star.
