We rarely got out of second gear and didn't need to.

McGinn was an obvious MOTM even before he scored the goal. He did it all today...passing, tackling, holding up the ball, getting fouled. Best performance by a Villan all year. Too bad Ollie didn't finish the late chance for a 4th because McGinn's work in creating it was immense.

Konsa might have been MOTM on any other day and anchored the defence well.

Tielemans justified his start and is looking settled.

Emi, Cash, Pau, Kamara, Bailey, all solid.

Diaby got into dangerous positions but his touch seems a little off right now.

Ollie didn't get much service but took the best chance he got.

Doug and Digne were relatively quiet.

Unai walks on water.

Awful reffing again. We always seem to get the rough end of yellow card decisions.

Good performance overall though. McGinn motm, but impressed with YT.

Very happy with the season so far, well ahead of where I thought we'd be.

Solid display, great result. Came off the boil a little at 3-0, but 3points and only two off top at this stage is the only story. Also, highest goal scorers in the division.

What’s happening here is amazing. If we get a result against Spurs we go 4th. Don’t want to think about where we would be if we had beaten Forrest (top of the league)

Great performance overall. Dropped off a little in the second, Fulham have some decent players who caused problems, but never felt too much in danger. Had it gone 3-2, okay might have worried.

McGinn was clearly MOTM, basically flawless today. Cash also deserves shoutout for defensive work. Tielemans did well and seems to be playing his way into the first team. Ramsey will have a fight to get in once he's fit.

Happily no bans picked up for Spurs and we have to go into that confident given their injuries. Just need our away performances to step up now and we'll properly be in the fight for top 4.

Brilliant win. The level McGinn is playing at is just incredible. I’d written him off 12 months ago. He’s everywhere and involved in everything. I felt we were vulnerable all second half and Fulham could have scored at any moment but we did enough. Fulham are not a bad side. Hopefully we get some rest during the internationals.

Another very good result, well done Villa.

That said, we should have been out of sight, but weren't due to a mix of bad luck and bad finishing.

Fulham looked busy second half and there were periods of us being sloppy/not as sharp.

If we can cut out the mistakes and make better decisions, we will make top five - that is still in the balance atm, though.

McGinn, utterly sublime, Tielemans, another excellent performance.

Liked the look of our midfield today, also well played Bailey - another meaningful contribution.

Cash also had an excellent first half, but he is consistently the man that plays the attackers on for the goals we concede.

Overall, again, excellent.
