Aside from December , every month has some fixtures I’d expect us to win even going on with last seasons form , with our improvements we could do really well , positive from me UTFV !!

Just done a quick run down of the fixtures. My prediction is 61 points!:flag:

One more signing for the XI and something like that needs to be the target.

55 points minimum expected IMO.

Promoted team away. Absolutely classic. Ridiculous.

Wolves at home please on August 6th. Raucous atmosphere, sunshine, beers, my sons birthday and we **** owe them for that utter capitulation last season.

Bournemouth away. The most polar opposite possibility to local derby at home?

Yes we obviously know we play the same away and home. But 4 in one month when u have two seems anit ridiculous to me

Well, I've told you the rule, it's no more than 2 in a row

We benefit from the opposite from November to mid January - 6 games, 4 at home, 2 away.

I like the fixtures. Balanced, no horrible run of difficult games, always an appropriate game around the corner to end a bad streak, etc.

I agree, looks pretty decent to me. As long as we are better prepared than last season then there is no reason why we can't go to Bournemouth and win.

I would hope for (expect) around 10 points from the first 5 which would set us on our way nicely.

Also, playing Liverpool at home on Boxing Day could work in our favour.

Just noted this on the bbc site

  • Big six all kept apart immediately before the World Cup as requested by Gareth Southgate.

That's a bit weird no?

...big 7

Typically we have a newly promoted team away first, which the Villa of the last few seasons would have bent over for.

Certainly did last season as well, Watford FFS
