Shithause

End days of Smith levels of intensity. That cannot be acceptable given the gap we had in between games.

A deserved loss against shite opposition.

Weekend ruined by a truly classic villa performance

One thing I’ve notice over the last couple of weeks is that we literally have no width. Whenever players are in wide areas there’s a clear instruction not to put the ball in the box.

Not sure if this is a result of the style/formation we play now, but everything is so central and there doesn’t even seem to be any interplay on the wings.

We need to play this system at a high pace if its to work, traore was just too slow today. he wanted too much time and allowed brentford to settle back.

We really missed watkins and mings as well today.

Just felt we could play all night and not get another from the moment they equalised.

There is plenty to do with this squad!

A disgraceful performance frankly

Got the lead and then tried to hold on for 75 minutes doing **** all

Gerrard better think again if he reckons you can get away with that, and get away with looking to create just 1 or 2 chances per game

Teams arent going to gift you goals like in Scotland

We have too many demonstrably poor players to kick on. Even with Gerrard kicking them on this squad has too many major weak links to really build a decent run.

Targett and Hause were awful today. Not because they played badly, becasue they aren't good enough. We need defensive reinforcements in a big way.
