It's not quite as black and white as not wanting to play for us. Alot of things need to be considered. We need to remember the lad also has personal ambitions for playing in the Champions League too and no one can begrudge that. Sure any player would be right to question us after the season we have had when you look at it from an outsider perspective. Look at the Jack Grealish situation and it's pretty much the same. If we didn't have the owners we have he would be out the door long ago. How many times has this been posted and how many times does someone have to post back that there is no evidence to suggest he does or doesn’t want to play for us? Rashica, as a player, is in a different league to the likes of Trezeguet, Engels, Nakamba and Wesley in terms of quality. With that being the case, these types of player are much harder to sign as there is more competition and a lot more factors at play. Chelsea aside, nobody is doing much business. I’m not worried, I think it’s a good sign that things are taking time as it clearly means we’re focusing on our number one targets. Do I think Rashica will join? Probably not, but this notion he doesn’t want to play for us and that we should move on just because he *might* be considering other options is nonsense. He’s a top drawer player.
