I've criticized him elsewhere, match threads etc. I don't need to jump in here and comment every time I have the thought "Mings is shite", and yet you seem to need to jump in here every time anyone dares criticize him. He's behind the whole time Its fairly basic defending one in front one behind, if you look at how we shape up before the ball comes in we have a wall, then buendia to stop the player on the edge of the box, then young, then Watkins, forest player, Ramsey, then Dennis and then mings behind him and its all tight in the middle The problem is the first forest player moves front post and Watkins isn't goal side of him so Ramsey gets drawn in to cover which then leaves Dennis wide open, if Watkins was in the right position Ramsey should stay in front of Dennis and it hits him in the chest, from there the quality of the ball in makes it easy, mings can't even challenge for a header let alone win it Watkins and Ramsey end up in no man's land which is why he got such an easy header Edited October 10, 2022 by villa4europe 1 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
