How can you loan out Jed Steer who actually was pulling off some great saves although did make a few errors too admittedly, and instead put in an untried keeper who has been atrocious? That is in my view incompetence of the highest order for starters. Then to have a Rb and Central defender playing out of their normal positions, when they have already shown they are not great there on numerous occasions last season whilst letting Elphick go on loan and having several natural RB's not playing is also incompetence in my view. As for dropping Adomah for again an untried new signing? Well i feel that is poor too.
