He's a very grounded, well articulated chap who knows how much work is needed to keep ones place in this side. I imagine he's a great role model for younger players and the type of player who acts as glue around the dressing room. Potentially our worst player during that period. In comes Emery, gives him a new role/position and becomes one of the first names in starting lineup through his consistently good performances and never looks back.
