Doubt we have the money or nous to bring in someone who will lift us much, short term or long term. Guess we might be a able to shift one or more of the non playing players, but they'll probably hang around picking up salary until whenever their contracts expire. Most MLS signings are players who are playing at a level a bit too high for them, or older players who still have a few years left in them. If MLS would sign any players from our club, it would be Birkir, or Terry. China on the other hand go for flashy players because they are trying to get attention to their league. Nah I don’t think so, they would probably ask him to run the storeroom, but with his positional sense probably find him out front in the till area blaming the other staff for lack of stock control. Like it or not we're stuck with him, he's our version of Winston Bogarde and so long as he turns up and clocks in on time, does what's in his contract, there's not one thing we can do about it. Why would the parent club jump now though? They may have a better options further in to the window, better financial terms or a more suited playing style. It could be done but there is certainly no rush. We certainly wont have a full market to pick from yet either. Maybe something better will come up later from our side too. Soon clubs will be desperate to get players out and players will be desperate to go out and play. Ulloa has falled even further behind the pecking order now. For the sake of a few weeks wages Leicester will sit tight, wait for clubs to get desperate and panic and secure the best deal, similar to how we did with Mccormack (lol) They are not just going to give him away.
