Ayew will be available, for example.

villan-scott Posted January 1, 2017 VT Supporter Share Posted January 1, 2017 (edited) Not set in stone he's going to miss Cardiff by the sound of it. Edited January 1, 2017 by villan-scott

Nigel Posted January 1, 2017 VT Supporter Share Posted January 1, 2017 Nothing in that IMO. Hes right that it should be up to the club, as it will affect Cardiffs plans not knowing.
villan-scott Posted January 1, 2017 VT Supporter Share Posted January 1, 2017 Hopefully they allow him to play, he gets 'injured' in the 89th minute, not fit enough for AFCON, misses Spurs away, then is fit for next league fixture.
Grasshopper
ideally when he comes back we'll have a firing partnership/individually too of Grealish & McCormack opening up defences for fun to our loaned goal machine supported by 3 midfield monsters Then Steve can go Adomah Grealish McC LWer Loan Striker for some games & Adomah Grealish/McC Ayew/LWer Loaner &/or Kodjia Nobody gets tired (apart from our new GK who falls asleep cos he's got nothing to do Our Defence pushing up playing a "high-line" practically being in a midfield 6 Edited January 1, 2017 by Grasshopper

Bruce had said villa were still awaiting a reply from the Ivory Coast - they are meeting up on 2nd so it's still possible he could play at Cardiff and report in Paris tomorrow night and meet the squad - man united had their request turned down but they play late on Monday so maybe that's why . It appears the BBC may have jumped the gun with their assumption that all the Ivory Coast players were unavailable.

rodders0223
Good riddance to him. Can see us playing better without him. McCormack doing that strange thing of holding the ball up, laying it off, allowing the midfield to get up the field, spreading the play, getting it wide, linking up with others, running off each other, playing one twos. We called it football in my day. All bizarre concepts to Kodjia.
