I along with no doubt everyone else can think of more than one player who that description might fit and have fitted at Villa Park. (He was never single-handedly going to fire us to promotion) Turns out he was also a terrible signing performance vise as well. For all our good intentions we seem to be making many of the same mistakes we made under our former owner. lexicon Posted March 9, 2017 Share Posted March 9, 2017 The best we can realistically hope for is that he either pulls his finger out and we can move him on at a smallish loss or he gets so bad we have grounds to cancel his contract so we don't have to pay him. He's scored for 3 seasons running yet when Bruce turns up he don't wanna know?
