They both need someone who is going to win headers next to them. jackbauer24 Posted October 22, 2016 Share Posted October 22, 2016 Think we've been lucky with injuries and suspensions so far - losing Elphick and Grealish has made us stronger. Elphick has this leadership thing but isn't performing at all, Baker looked much more assured. Grealish offers little and unbalances the team, we look much better without him. No need to criticize Tommy too much - he's put in some decent performances but will need to raise his game.
