' Britain announced officially off Europe . Yesterday and British Ambassador Woodward, minister of communication , said RECON is now in the UK most famous Chinese enterprises, investment British influence in Europe after the removal of the Chinese Enterprise: 1 , tremendous opportunities for the food industry ; 2 , the British soccer brand and consumer technology export will there is greater potential ; 3 , the depreciation of the pound to bring more investment opportunities . Although long-term perspective in favor of removal in Europe, in short, but much to lose for most Chinese enterprises . '

If you translate Google translate's Engrish, he's basically commenting on how voting Leave could actually be of benefit to RECON in the UK and how it gives them an interesting advantage in terms of investment opportunity, food brand and football that the 'Chinese Enterprise' will lose out on.

I feel like Villa Talk has had a major Gok Wan vibe these last few weeks. I remember the days when we wouldn't care if our owner was wearing a bin bag. (In fact, I think quite a few fans quite liked the idea, especially in Randy's case).

Not sure if this has been posted yet, and wasn't sure where to post it but good news, apparently Technical Director incoming and will be seen as a "coup" for a second tier club.http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/latest-aston-villas-search-new-11543314?

Latest on Aston Villa's search for a new football guru

The Villa hierarchy step up their recruitment drive

Aston Villa’s search for a technical director has now become a two-horse race.

Owner Tony Xia is in discussions with both candidates and is hoping to make a breakthrough before the start of the Championship campaign.

At this stage their identities remain private but the Birmingham Mail understands that Xia is confident of landing his preferred target.

Both men have experience in the global market and the eventual appointment will be seen as a major coup for a second-tier side.

Boss Roberto Di Matteo has been involved in the selection process and is comfortable operating under Xia’s outlined structure.

During his time at Albion, the Italian worked alongside ex-sporting director Dan Ashworth so he’s familiar with the set-up.

A new arrival will mark the end of Paddy Riley’s time in that position of power and his next move is not yet known.

Xia is keen to get a technical director in to improve Villa’s record in the transfer window following a series of failed signings in recent times.

He also wants a man with football experience to add to the impressive recent appointments of Di Matteo, his coaching team and chief executive Keith Wyness.

When asked about the role recently, Wyness said: “It is something we’re looking at yes.

“We are just taking a little bit of time to assess who we need for that role.

“Also with the chairman’s plans for other potential clubs internationally, that’s an important role we are trying to blend together.”

Once that position is filled Villa are confident they will have a vibrant off-field team capable of making up for some of the mistakes in the past.

I know it's not going to happen, but last year we were linked to Luis Campos from Monaco, for the Technical Director job. He's just recently left them, was strongly linked to Paris Saint-Germain, but denied he's going there.
