Would it make a difference if we didn't?Probably not with Lambert in the dugout but we've only made two out of the three and we're, I guess, trying to play the same way that we've been trying to play all game (whatever way that may be).Other sides/managers may well have thrown on another player and shoved a centre half up front and lobbed it up there to perhaps try something else.With Lambert it seems to be such an utter Panglossian nonsense.
