Here you go chaps...

Carlton Cole's agent has told Sky Sports that the striker is keeping his options open amid interest from other clubs as talks continue with West Ham regarding a contract extension.

The 30-year-old had left Upton Park last summer before rejoining West Ham in October on a deal that expires later this month.

He has scored three goals in 12 appearances for the Premier League strugglers and Sam Allardyce is keen to extend Cole's deal.

However, the likes of Aston Villa, where Cole spent the 2004/05 season on loan, Newcastle United and Queens Park Rangers are all reported to be monitoring his current situation.

It's a good thing SkySports are less reliable than twitter ITKs.

If memory serves,  he looked decent on his debut? Turned to rat shit after than though.

You are correct - scored one and set one up in a  2 nil win over Southampton(?)

Met him in Brum when he was playing for us - he was an utter cock!

He also scored against Portsmouth.

Not sure on his other goal?

scored at Southampton home First game of the season and away then aswell

Southampton (H), Newcastle (H) and Southampton (A) were the only league goals he scored for us, if memory serves.

The first two were both in August!

He scored against Southampton at home, then against Newcastle at home in a 4-2 win, then went months and months before scoring against Southampton away, in a 3-2 win after being 2-0 down at half time.
