To base a 1st team strategy around buying 15yr old kid is so ridiculous that it might just be the strategy Randy has been waiting for all along Of course that's true, but you don't sign someone and then give up on them immediately. The AIM will be for him to start breaking through in 2-3 years time. Whether or not it works out is another issue, but the club must be planning for their young players to develop.
