17 points out of 24 since lockdown ended for dinosaur Mourinho

3rd best team in the league since Jose was appointed.

But pretty boring to watch, even though I like quite a few of their squad

Mourinho a great manager but a bit outdated now, and the top top managers can get his or better results playing an attractive way too.

Doesn't he still have the goal record in La Liga?

In fairness to Mourinho Spurs have a lot of rebuilding to do, they havent replaced a lot of players and having to play shit like Sissoko, Dier and Winks in midfield isnt great

That's one way of looking at things. Another is when Poch was sacked they were 3 points off 5th place (will give him a pass for top 4 as they were 11 points off that). They are now 4 points off 5th so done well standing still in the league.

Hmmm, they were 14th in the table when Poch was sacked so not quite standing still. Only 12 games game too so teams were bunched much closer than after 36 games.

They were never going to finish in the bottom half. They have issues in defence and midfield but their forward options are very good and clicked last few games. Think I did say they were ideally suited to Mourinho's football as they've showed in last few games.

Where Mourinho was unlucky was losing Son and Kane at same time around February although of course if season had continued as normal neither would have played much in run in.

Got to pay for that stadium by any means necessary

Yep... Even robbing from people trying to help the already skint...

Hope that stadium is their death knell... All they have to do is have one lousy season and drop out of Europe completely...

It would be good to see them go on the decline after their shenanigans of the last few years.

Clubs like this, Arsenal and Manure with their big fancy stadiums.. would they still fill them if they went into the championship?  Highly unlikely in my opinion.
