Dr_Pangloss
Well he's hardly a good premier league player. I'm struggling to think of many sides that he'd clearly get into. Edited September 17, 2015 by Dr_Pangloss

StefanAVFC
He clearly is a PL player because he's played the majority of games for a team in the PL over 3 seasons.Any other argument is just wrong to be honest. Regardless of how you rate him personally. Edited September 17, 2015 by StefanAVFC

Regardless of how you rate him personally. He clearly isn't, he still makes the same mistakes as he did 3 years ago, he isn't a terrible player but the PL is a step too far for him and he is out of his depth. Total liabilty at right back and anonymous when played in the middle of the park. Wayward passing and terrible positional play is his downfall

Total liabilty at right back and anonymous when played in the middle of the park. Wayward passing and terrible positional play is his downfallI agree, he does a poor job as a defensive right back, he looks lost in midfield and his natural position is wide right, a position barely used by the best teams. He need to rediscover himself. I can see a decent right winger in him despite his lack of pace, he can cross (despite some shocking ones this year), he can pass (evidenced by last years nice interplay to move us forward in the middle of the season) and he can shoot. Consistency wise (crossing, passing, dribbling) he seems to have gone backwards, he's still as intelligent going forward as he always was but that's because he's an attacking player. Our defensive problems are bigger than Bacuna (and bigger than just the defenders) and we need to sort them if he's going to improve in the position that helps not hinders the team. We have to bear in mind it's a brand new back 4 and having Guzan behind is hardly comforting as he has been shocking for some time now
Harry
Don't think bacuna is good enough defensively at right back - useful squad player but wouldn't be my first 11My thoughts exactly. He a liability at RB as his defending is woeful. Much rather see Hutton or Crespo in that position with a quality wide player in front. Bacuna should get a place on the bench and no more

Gary Thomas
Will he play tomorrow or will it be Hutton or even Crespo? I was just wondering, if they park the bus might Tim be tempted to play with 3 at the back and two wing-backs?
