Popular Post rjw63
14 hours ago, NeilS said: Alpay is still as mad as a box of frogs Controversial former Aston Villa defender-turned-parliamentarian Alpay Ozalan has been involved in a shocking government scuffle in Turkey. Alpay, who's now deputy for the Justice and Development Party (AKP), was recorded throwing punches at rival politicians during an assembly in Ankara on Wednesday. Reports across Turkey outlined how a fight broke out over statements made by Özgür Özel, deputy chairman of the Republican People's Party whom Alpay is against. "Tensions rose again during the budget negotiations in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey," outlet Sozcu stated. "When Özgür Özel, who came to the podium to respond to Minister Süleyman Soylu, AKP Deputy Alpay Özalan marched on Özel. "When other deputies intervened, the discussion grew and a fistfight ensued." In the video shared throughout Turkey, ex-Villa defender Alpay can be seen hurling punches towards a group of ministers in front of him before being led away. Alpay, meanwhile, spent three seasons at Villa Park between 2000 and 2003 and made 57 appearances scoring once, a goal against Charlton at Villa Park that was marred by his celebration as he silenced the Holte End after he was booed for his antics for Turkey against England involving captain David Beckham. Alpay was right when he shushed the villa fans that day, they should have backed him over that weasel Beckham. I always liked him, met him once in B&Q of all places.

Shomin Geki
Andi Weimann got a hat trick for Bristol City. Good lad. Limited lad, but a good one.
Villatillidie95
Mckirdy got 4 for Swindon the other day in League 2. Good to see as it looked like he was losing his way at one of his previous clubs about a year or so back with the manager making negative comments about him. Andi Weimann solid hattrick aswell
