Could be some truth in the rumour that Liverpool will sign N'Zogbia if they cant sign Downing? It does seem strange that we're not busting a gut to go out and sign him. Having said that N'Zogbia is a good player and should have been signed as soon as Ash went . Not as a replacement for Downing!. He should have been bought as soon as Ash went. Ridiculous situation the club is in at moment. Ridiculous. Just look at the squad on the official site and then try to tell me that isn';t a painfully average squad and midtable at the very best.
