My folks.

For years they've talked about selling up and moving into a more rural setting, like a little village etc. Nothing ever happened though and I kind of thought it would never happen. However, in the last fortnight they have out their house (in Sutton) on the market, accepted an offer and had an offer accepted on a property in a village in Shropshire! I'm delighted for them. Still early days but....

If its Dawley they have been missold.

Excellent news mate, I’m hoping they’ll be moving to the amusingly named villages of either Homer or Wig wig.

Been sorting through some old boxes and came across a box of my old mobiles. Some classic Nokia ones ; 3210, 3310, N70, N73, 8310, 8910i (the titanium slider) - great days!

Charging some of them up now - they still have life left in them. Going to have a look through the galleries and messages and see what I find!

You’d be amazed at what they will go for on eBay as well, you’ll be looking at around £250+ for that lot

Great era of mobile phones mate. Back when people weren't obsessed with being on them 24-7

I'm sure I have loads more at my parents house - I'll have to have a look in their loft next time I'm there!

I have an 'i-phone'. The other day, somebody asked me which one, I honestly didn't know. It's a relatively small phone and it's blue.

It can do phone calls, texts, e-mail, twitter and porn. It's not as nice a thing as the blackberry it replaced, but at least now I can accidentally include emoji's in my e-mails.

Sometimes at gigs and at the beach, I wish it was the size of a **** tv screen so I could be like all the other gimps and watch the gig by holding up a huge **** screen between me and the band. Or like yesterday, witness somebody on the beach taking photos with a full on actual laptop.

But ordinarily, I like that I can just shove it in my pocket.
