Southgate will be pissed.

100%, I still think Southgate won't bring him to the euros and if he does Jack will be a bit part player at best.

My sister-in-law has a kid at her nursery who's parents are trying to raise money for a trip to Peru, and somewhere along the line Grealish's mum has sent them a signed shirt from the treble winning season to auction off - which is well nice of her/him.

I'm a bit confused, they got given something like that to auction off so they can go on holiday?

That's awesome, must be clean and never used too!

No idea what the trip is for to be honest. I never asked. Just thought it was a nice gesture

  • 2 weeks later...

On an Aussie Villa page on other social media, the question was asked whether we would want Jack back... I won't go through all the answers, the yes probably just outweighed the no. The thing I found funny is how the "no's" just gave their answer, the "yes's" seemed awfully offended and even hurt by the "no" answer and some even chose to pick fb handbags with the "no" people. All seemed quite silly from supposedly a bunch of adults.

i guess the justification/angry nature of the "yes", is kinda how you would feel if you were willing to take your ex missus back for sloppy seconds after she cheated on you and all the neighbours knew.

You just kinda feel like you have to justify your "yes", and get angry at everyone who warns you that the sloppy seconds probably just isnt the right thing to do after being cheated on and made to look a fool in your local cul-de-sac, however much you really want it.

i get it, i empathise with the yes men.

dont do it though, fool me once, shame on you, sloppy seconds twice, fool on me.

We'd all love him if he came back. It would be very funny.

I don't think he will though. I don't think we'd spend the money it would take.

Would we?

I’d hope he’d be treated like Forest fans treated Van Hooijdonk…

Blanked while the rest of the team got the appreciation, regardless of if it was him who scored and assisted…

Manc loving little word removed doesn’t deserve any love from us

Fans who aren't completely and utterly obsessed with Man City and hating Grealish would welcome him back.

you might not, but your obsession is incredibly strange, so I'm confident you'd be in the minority

If he did well...

If he comes back and isn't anything special then he'd be in a world of trouble
