If she is under 18 you are viewing/distributing images of child pornography. (not getting into the morality of that - just what the legislation says) So if you're 17 and humping your boyfriend in bed it's consensual sex between 2adults, but if you film it it's heinous child pornography. Bizarre. Also, you can be married at 16, yet if you take a naked picture of your WIFE, you could be done for child porn. Really odd circumstance that would almost never occur, but also bizarre. In law I believe that rather stupidly and unfairly, the guys' ages are actually beside the point. Even if both male and female parties are under-age, which by definition means that neither of them are able to make a mature and informed decision regarding consensual sex, the male is still usually; if not always; regarded as the aggressor/offender. I post way too much, and genuinely (and I do mean genuinely) think I have some sort of unhealthy addiction to this place. So whilst I love the place, 30,000 posts seems to be as good a point as any to go cold turkey and call it a day. I'll probably still read the site, mostly for Villa news, and I'm sure I'll be back at some point, even just to say hi. But for now at least, it's goodbye. The age we live in I suppose but surprised they're not dotted around everywhere. I think even if it was one of those rip off £2.00 fee ones people would pay it for the convenience of not having to park and get out of the car. I have designed a few drive through banks and cash dispensers in the past. About 5 or 6 years ago one of the banks was going to roll them out on redundant petrol station sites.
