Shillzz
I'm looking at messenger bags, but the problem is, if I wore one into my current work I could guarantee that atleast 3 people would refer to it as my handbag, a look i'm desperately trying to avoid. Basically just needs to carry a pen, some deodorant, my lunch etc. Do you work with builders who resemble cavemen? Or business men who think they are James Bond? Or just, general bellends? General Bellends.
Rob182
Then the only answer is to buy a top hat with a lid. Not only will you look dapper walking into work, but you will have two hands free to flip the bird to your jealous colleagues.

ArteSuave
The term handbag is so vague that any bag with a strap could conceivably be a handbag.
useless
How about a smart looking Holdall, not a sports one. Just noticed, Holdall = Hold all.

RunRickyRun
Plain plastic bag scrunched tightishly around the contents. The excess plastic is rolled into a ball which is held in the fist. Does the job, draws no attention and is unlikely to get nicked.
Xela
Serious question chaps. What the hell do you use as a bag for work? I'm trying desperately hard to find something that a) isn't ghey b} looks reasonably smart and c) isn't ghey. In all honesty, i'm failing miserably. Pockets. If it can't fit in my trouser pocket then i don't take it. Front left - phone Front right - train pass / work id fob / apartment key fob back left - mp3 player back right - wallet Sorted

mjmooney Posted August 11, 2014 VT Supporter Share Posted August 11, 2014 (edited) mp3 & wallet in back pockets? Thief fodder. Not to mention risk of damage when sitting down. Edited August 11, 2014 by mjmooney
Xela
mp3 & wallet in back pockets? Thief fodder. Not to mention risk of damage when sitting down. Wallet is in a button down pocket (naff all money in there anyway!) Mp3 is in my hands when sitting on train ... back pocket when walking from train station and then on my desk in the office.
