ismail-villa
Only recently realised how amazing it feels to sleep with a T-shirt and boxers only, always wore joggers to bed. But I could never sleep naked, that shit too uncomfortable for my liking. Joggers? sounds like it would be incredibly hot.. I find sleeping in boxers the perfect balance. Well joggers in winter, three quarters at summer. I just always felt paranoid that a situation would occur which would mean I'd have to run out quickly and probably have my nuts popping out my boxers haha. coda
I wouldn't be going near a shopping centre on a Saturday. Do something constructive instead like getting drunk.

If ever I ever go to Hell, I imagine it'll constantly be Saturday, in a massive shopping centre, full of people. Popular Post 8pints
Last night I had a medical because I hurt my back. The Nurse made me stand up straight (Which is a nice thing to do when you have a bad back ) and I always thought I was 209cm in length but I'm actually 213.34cm in length, so there you go. I don't write about my height a lot so thought I'd just mention it. Also, my Dada is back in Brum now. I picked him up at the airport and he was blind drunk with his shirt open thinking he's a playa, singing this song - I'm all like and he's all like Finally, sad news (If my Father being back is not sad enough) I found out a bloke I used to work with had a heart attack and died on Thursday, aged only 49. He was a brilliant bloke with a very unique sense of humour. He used to introduce himself as either a Catholic Rangers fan or a Protestant Celtic Fan from various made up Scottish sounding towns, when in truth, he was an Atheist from Aberdeen who hated football. So you can tell from that, he liked the quiet life and actually, I think that makes him sound like an idiot now it's written there like that, but it used to make me laugh...maybe that's because I'm an idiot. He said he was 'breaking down boundaries and stereotyes', that was his excuse anyway. I toured with him from 2006-2008 and spent pretty much the entire two years side by side. Yes, we held hands. He was ex-army but didn't remember it fondly, said he didn't like the class system and thought there was a lot of bullying. Ah well. He was a tough bloke though and always kept himself in good shape which is why it's a shame he's gone so early, think he pushed it too hard, or maybe he'd been pushed too hard haha, one of them anyway. He was a massive Billy Connolly fan and always fancied himself as a singer He used to sing this one all the time but I remember one time in Greece when we were getting ready to go out and he had a brother who was a lawyer in Glasgow and he got word he'd been hit by a car and had been paralysed. (His poor Mammy, I know). He always used to go on about his brother and how proud he was, and rightly so, his brother had worked his way up and had won a lot of worthy cases. He just stood there when they told him and nodded and softly sang "I've a brother in Glasgow wi' long, curly hair, when I joined up he said I was daft, he says shootin' strangers just is nae his game, that brother of mine is nae saft" and laughed to himself, I roundly took the piss out of him for showing emotion and acting like he was in a musical, whacked him on the back and out we went We got to see The Dubliners, not Billy Connolly unfortunately, perform it the once in Belfast too, this was after we worked together, and I think that was the second time I saw him display emotion, when he nodded his head and raised his eyebrows when they'd finished. He kept his emotions in I guess. Maybe that's why the stupid bugger had a heart attack from the strain he put on himself doing that all the time. Ah well, just wanted to share as I felt I should do some sort of tribute to him and this is where I spend all my free time apart from B6 haha.. You were a good man Dougie and you did good things. I can put up with most things I've done in my time, I can even put up with the pain, But what do you do, with a gun in your hand When you're faced with a hundred odd weans?
