Disagree. He’s been poor on and off the ball. How many times have he just aimlessly pumped the ball down the pitch?

I disagree. Hadn’t you noticed they are all pumping it long, the team can’t handle the press, it’s not solely Lenglet issue.

Newcastle have far more fluidity in their attack compared to us

There were times in that half when Gordon and isak were both targeted on long balls vs 3 of our back 4, they're constantly moving and occupying a different defender, miley is playing on the back of cash

We haven't got that, we've got cash vs burns, that's about it, no one is moving, it's choking the midfield

You look at our best 3 or 4 passes that half and it's all good runs, cash to Diaby, Luiz to Kamara, a couple of diagonals out to cash there's just simply not enough of it

Our attacking movement compared to theirs is embarrassing

Arabic commentators on BEIN saying Leon Bailey needs to be involved etc.

He really does. Don’t understand why he didn’t start today unless carrying a knock. He is the form player in the squad.

Don't buy into us being found out.

We're not playing with the same level of intensity as we did in the first half of the season. That is the reality.

Poor mentality.

Yeah, we play at a snail's pace and we don't make smart decisions in possession.

Yup we are a lot slower. Players taking too long on the ball on it and not moving enough off it.

Can’t wait for Unai to make absolutely 0 changes until the 80th minute.

Ooh, Emery starting to get some disrespect, might be due if we do f*** all second half.

I wonder if they’re overthinking everything, or that they just don’t trust one another right now.

Overperformed for sure, but we have always impressed in the league at home so it is a worry. We started against Chelsea like this only to kick on second half, but two goals is a big ask against these now with their tails up.

Been different team at home. The Sheffield Utd game we didn’t do much wrong imo but this showing tonight is worrying but cracks are getting bigger and more visible. We’ll finish where  we deserve to finish and hopefully build on that again next season . This will still be a good season I believe and hopefully we can win a cup .

They have looked to go longer once they have it in midfield and always have a couple.of runners from deep and a third man run for when that long pass comes off. That's how they're beating the high line, with the third man run. They've been good but they've had some luck too.
