Brighton will finish above us, they will beat Southampton for a start

would rather they won tonight, beat Southampton get europe, go on the piss, be hungover for the game vs us and we batter them, that's the easiest route for us I think, it's us vs spurs for 7th and I'd be very happy with the ECL

Plus it puts Newcastle in the shit

What set of results do you have that Brighton beat Newcastle and Soton but then don't have a chance of making top 4 when they play us? Let's see it.

It's simple, we have 0% chance of catching Newcastle whereas we have 0 < x% chance of catching Brighton, therefore we want Newcastle to win. Which, thankfully, they are so so far.

Can we play this Brighton on the final day please?

They've looked rubbish here.

There is an odd inconsistency about them.

They've dropped MacAllister here to have a look at things when he's gone next season. Same reason this wally Steele has ended up in the side.

Raya and Sanchez from the data darlings Brighton and Brentford will be at Tottenham/Chelsea/Utd next season. Interested to see if they can replace them as well they do everyone else.

I think they already have their replacements, they are just being blooded into the first team.

They will make a lot of profit this summer and reinvest that into their squad..

Don’t think Brighton are guaranteed to finish above us tbf. Wouldn’t surprise me if saints pulled off a shock against them

Same...  Now that Southampton don't have anything left to play for, they might actually turn up to play.

A classic let down game too after a high effort affair against Arsenal. Still think they get something out of a dead Southampton but maybe it’s only 1 point.

How annoying was that Brighton win at Arsenal!? Youd also still have a title race on with man city needing to win at Brighton.

Ideally Arsenal beat Forest and Chelsea can get a draw at City somehow and so they still need a result against Brighton to clinch the title.

City will be going all out to win it at home this weekend though, and regardless their second team should have enough to beat Brighton.

Our best route/hope is still Brentford beating Spurs. Let’s hope nothing draws any VAR involvement otherwise we know which way that goes.

Or Leeds, last day at home needing a win to stay up, that place will be rocking
