According to his wiki, he has changed his role from winger/support striker to main striker since moving back to South America and has scored 116 goals In 152 games during those 4 years. Apparently his attitude wasn't great at Inter but maybe he has matured since then. Failure tends to humble a man.

He was very young when Inter signed him in fairness. Not scoring much at Benfica more of a concern but then Raul Jimenez wasn't great there either before Wolves picked him up and he was brilliant for them for two seasons.

What is going on? 😉

Still setting out 1/2/3 chairs ready for 9am.  Not long now 😂

Patience, squire.

Today will be the day where a solid link surfaces. We won’t see an actual signing until next Wednesday.

No, because that's what we already do. Digne goes forward and the midfielders cover behind. That's part of the reason McGinn had a "down season." Cash went forward, he stayed back.

It’s a tough role for the two wide midfielders.

It will get better for them now they've a proper DCM beside them. They can work now on how to cover properly when JJ or McGinn join the attacking line late and hopefully score more goals.

Everyone will be singing 'Stevie G's Samba Army' soon

The team will be turning up to Bournemouth on the first day like that Nike ad with the Brazil team for the 98 World Cup.
