He looked fired up today and I regret the fair weather comment a bit, but his decision making can still improve.

VillaChris
It was 8/8 G + A in the league when he came on so guessing the Europa league added on. Nearly 30 goal contributions is a brilliant season from any wide player. Saka's scored 18 in league and cup so Leon probably isn't too far behind that. DJBOB
Is there a reason Arsenal fans don’t seem to like Bailey? The fan reaction videos are hilarious but seemed overly angry at Bailey when he scored.

Saka 18 goals 13 assists. However, Bailey has played considerably less minutes (2,629) than Saka (3,345).

Or, they're just dickheads. Either/or. Edited April 15 by 479Villan

He does have the niggling habit of being better from the bench than from the start quite often though. Weird. Bailey has been directly involved in seven goals as a substitute in the Premier League this season (three goals, four assists), more than any other player.

Don’t think it’s weird, lots of wingers/attackers will do better coming on with fresh legs against a tired defence. Also think as more and more subs become the norm we will end up with more specialist subs/‘finishers’ for games. But yes agree for where we are now we also need him to be great from the start (and he often has been, but I agree he’s more deadly coming off the bench)

Villan_of_oz Posted April 15 VT Supporter Share Posted April 15 (edited) I totally underestimated this fella's ceiling, I can't be more humbled... It's brilliant though and I'm enjoying my pie very much. Edited April 15 by Villan_of_oz
WooJung
Hope he gets at least another league goal this season, he deserves to finish in double digits, especially considering that ridiculous var decision which ruled out his goal against Sheffield United back in December 1
6065_Villa
Thought he took his goal really well with his weaker foot. Could easily have blasted it over or wide.

StanBalaban
The touch to set Konsa off down the flanks was brilliant. Shame it was Konsa running the wing as it came to nothing, but the lay off was Berbatov-esque.

He has such a good touch and soft feet for such an explosive player .
